I actually think its overall pretty good atm. Very healthy clean diet, good sleep, daily cardio, very lean, no recreational drugs.

Only issue im having currently is acne from hopping on and off roids.

1lb of fat = 3500
4200 ÷ 3500 = 1.2lb
