When the Islamist movement Union of Islamic Courts (UIC) took power in Somalia in 2006, Ethiopia considered it a serious threat because they feared that they would start supporting terrorist groups in their territory. With US support, they sent the army to Somalia, where they succeeded in overthrowing the UIC. It was not a complete success, however, as former UIC members began to form other and often more dangerous terrorist groups. One of them is the infamous Al-Shabaab.

Until 2009, the Ethiopian army was present in Somalia, where it took part in the fighting against these rebel groups. They did not leave with victory, but were defeated by Al-Shabaab. They began to lose control of territory, had huge losses of troops and faced international criticism for human rights abuses in the country. They were alleged to have massacred civilians.

Al-Shabaab had no mercy on the Ethiopian soldiers. Capture meant certain death, which many times was videotaped and used for propaganda purposes, just like the Ethiopian soldiers in this video. One is beheaded and others are executed en masse.

Good thinking, cartels suck
Those cartels only make gore for the views and for attention. You are feeding right into it by reposting it again. It is just mindless violence. I do not care about that. I just want to see unfiltered raw truth with a back story. I could post 10x more grisly murders than the ones in OP but the one in OP is more important because it has an agenda

Where do you find all these videos?

Ye. I know I used to belong to the Tewedho church (I used to also be a Protestant) I was meming the Mohammedens who killed the Christianโ€™s.

Donโ€™t you as a Methodist find it funny how the most practicing chrisitan court end are all orthodox nations ? Donโ€™t you Protestants ever sit down and question why you guys follow an 300-500 year old invention called Protestantism?

I mean thereโ€™s a reason why the oldest Christian counties are all Apostollic instead of Protestant. Genuinely this perplexes me do you guys just enjoy living in man made nonsense?

Protestants just follow the religion how it was written in the Bible. The veneration of saints, the authority of the Pope, and purgatory were based man made church traditions.

Oh you mean the same Bible that state to follow the church as the foundation and pillar of truth? The same man made tradition that gave Protestants the Bible :dafuckfeels: the same man made tradition that is the Bible for the Bible literally is โ€œtraditionโ€ I mean when your 66 books are based on tradition thatโ€™s how we know which books are apocryphal and which ones arenโ€™t

Jesus says heโ€™s the god of the living not dead and the saints are alive for they are with Christ even Hebrews 12 and rev 5:8 show its biblical. itโ€™s common sense really the Bible also says prayer of a holy person is more impactful than an non holy person and the prophets such as Solomon, Moses and Noah even David practiced iconography with the cherubs on the Ark and temple which they would pray to shown in Exodus 25-26 kings 6:29-30 Joshua 7:6 Joshua and the elders of Israel tore their clothing in dismay, threw dust on their heads, and bowed face down to the ground before the Ark of the LORD

The disciple of St John Ignatous states in his letter that St. Ignatius exhorts Christians โ€œto follow the bishop, even as Jesus Christ does the Father, and the presbytery as you would the apostles; and reverence the deacons, as being the institution of God.โ€ โ€œLet no man do anything connected with the Church without the bishop,โ€ exhorted St. Ignatius. โ€œLet that be deemed a proper Eucharist, which is [administered] either by the bishop, or by one to whom he has entrusted it.โ€

And heโ€™s not just โ€œa saintโ€ hes a church father one of the preeminent ones, heโ€™s the first to proclaim the name โ€œChristianโ€ for us and other than Anglicans and lutherans where is your Bishop? Whereโ€™s your Eucharist? :lul: Hell according to irineas (disciple of Ignatus)
โ€œonly churches with an altar Eucharist are the true Catholic Churches,โ€

TLDR Protestants arenโ€™t considered Christianโ€™s according to the apostles and disciples :lul::lul::lul: so why are you Protestant ? Oh and the word โ€œCatholicโ€ just means Universal it doesnโ€™t mean Roman Catholic especially as back then they were orthodox, Roman Catholicism is man made cult like Protestantism in 1054
