Exemestane/aromasin dosing

Can someone give me their experiences on dosing exemestane? My HGH came but I haven't started it yet. No test or anything. How much a week or day please? I'm confirming everything before starting since I'm a little scared but I see mixed answers now

i've been doing 6.25mg daily for a while now and haven't felt anything

except maybe more back pain but that could be from other things
