i see a lot of people talking about treadmill, incline whatever

genuinely an exercise bike is so many times more efficient

you can mimic incline with resistance on the bike but the main difference is you can do it seated

this means you can pay even less attention to your cardio

i personally do competitive programming and will sketch out my intuition for various problems while doing cardio

other than dnp + reta, just do this 500 calories a day and don't overeat to lose 1lb + a week

Idk man I'll do like 30 mins stairmaster at a slower rate than 30 mins on the excercise bike and I'd still burn more calories, idk maybe the machines are broken

Nah incline treadmill is the best

im just saying that bike is so much less effort, stairmaster is just more focus intensive


Nah incline treadmill is the best
preference in the end tbh, but doing homework + stationary bike is great at high resistance for me
