they allow you to burn so many more calories as your activating your glutes/hamstrings way more which as a man you naturally have bigger ones.
Yesterday I was on pace to burn 250 calories in a hour on the treadmill mostly walking with a little running.
After 40 mins i got bored and wanted to stare at this foid in front of the bikes so i switched.
I saw on the monitor i was on pace for 700 cals/hour doing the same effort as walking on the treadmill.
In 15 mins i burned more calories than 40 mins on the treadmill plus i was able to do it sitting down.
