Exercises that blew up your back

Curious on what exercises you guys think helped you the most to grow your back, for me it’s gonna be seated rows, Lat pull downs, supported Tbar rows, and although I don’t see results when I do it, I enjoy deadlifting,

What are your favorite exercises for back?

Same as yours pretty much. I recently started doing bent-over barbell rows and I'm enjoying them

Regular pull-ups really helped with making my back pop, and I've recently added in cable rows to the mix (rather than doing them on a designated machine) for a better squeeze at the top of the motion. It really just comes down to selecting the vertical and horizontal pulling movements you enjoy the most and sticking with progressive overload on them. Deadlifting is great for indirectly training your back through stabilizing the spine (really brings up the erectors).

Close grip lat pull downs for sure.
