Nothing really
maybe there’s some niche gymnastic excessive that breaks your spine i don’t know but nothing wide,y utilized will hurt your growth
im pretty sure only way to stunt yourself is to injure a growthplate and you have to do smth retarded for that, like having terrible deadlift form while trying to lift too much

A common misconception is that dead lifts are bad for you because of the downward force.
the root of this belief seems to be the fact that young Japanese heavy lifters are typically short.

However, this is false!
correlation, not causation.

If we apply the same logic that we use to say that dead lifting is bad to other actions, then we'd find that doing any exercise is bad for your height :feelswhere:

After all, things like jumping actually have a higher impact on your body and spine than most exercises, but people are actually encouraged to do things like basketball for height growth.

So then how does exercise impact your growth?
Simple, through muscle.

When you flex your muscles to make any action the muscles in your body contract, meaning that they pull inwards.

Higher muscle mass = stronger contractions, even when you are not taking any action.
This increase in force will actually decrease your potential height in the long term.

Therefore, the worst exercises for height must be ones which intensely use your calf and quadricep muscles since they will inhibit femur growth.

TL;DR: Don't Overly Train Your Legs

causation=/= correlation tbh
they might be short for a variety for reasons not related to being a powerlifter but statistically correlated with it

none you fucking retard, 6"6 and have been lifting and working out since I was 11. just don't ego lift and hurt urself

I'm not convinced any exercise stunts growth, unless we are talking about powerlifting dangerous weights that the spine can't handle. Your spine decompresses every night anyway, so the only way you could stunt your growth is by getting inadequate sleep and/or not getting enough nutrition and calories for growth (the most common reason).
