Some working out here and there is good if you aren’t really active otherwise but if you do some other thing that requires some energy output working out is just unnecessary inflammation and degradation of the body, especially if you workout 5 or 6 times a week, blast roids and DONT eat raw animal products, (if you go to the gym in hopes of building mass you need to consume raw eggs raw wild game and raw fat,raw dairy)
