Exfoliation

I use Paula’s Choice BHA everyday and people been telling me to only use it 2-3 times per week.
I do have slightly redness some days on my left cheek but idk if it cause by this and Whenever I tried to skip bha next day I brake out.
What should i do?

Drop it. Shit and then mix with water and slime and then exfoliate with that.
