Existential dread

I’ve dealt with this feeling ever since I was a young teen. I get this unease feeling that’s hard to explain to someone I try to at least but it’s a feeling where you just can’t understand or believe that you are human and everything is real and what’s the purpose of life and sometimes it leads to suicidal thoughts because

I was curious if this happens to alot of people because i always ask someone and they think im crazy
