I had to get the surgery done in January and he promised multiple times we could, he already fucked my schedule up enough. I am not waiting 2 years. Plus he’s not even trying to explain himself or something, he straight up ignores people

hes just busy partying and shi, it isnt scam its delaying , u could legally sue and get a nice fat paycheck , or could also sue him along with the others who are facing the same.
but u will end up not getting surgery from him/ even if he agrees to do after u sue him i wouldn't because u would feel he wont pay attention to ur case or give all effort since u sued him
u could use the same money to get surgery elsewhere
btw what were u planning to get and how much did the cost total come up if ur permitted to tell that
