I’ve been researching peptides and exogenous hormones, I wouldn't say I’m coming at this from a shortcut angle. I’ve spent the last year improving all the basics like sleep, diet and isolating my failos and improving them (if possible) etc . What interests me now is how quickly this whole field is advancing. A lot of what looks experimental today could be normal in a few years, and I don’t want to ignore anything that might affect height or facial development while I’m still young enough for it to matter

For info, I am 15. 16 soon, and barefoot I would say 5'7, Other then my height, I wouldn't say I am unattractive, id say average or slightly above average. My aim is to optimize my height growth in Puberty and craniofacial development

I’m not trying to jump into anything reckless. I’m trying to understand how people research this properly, how they judge what’s real, what’s safe, what’s just a trend, and how they monitor things maturely. If I ever considered anything, it would be with medical oversight and regular bloodwork

So the point of this post is simple: what are the best ways to approach this safely from a research perspective? Any advice on how to evaluate information or what to focus on would help. I’m not looking for cycles or product lists, just direction on how to understand without making stupid decisions

do it at 17+ dont be silly and ruin natural GH secretion
if u are gonna at least do something like CJC no dac ipa because it releases GH in a much more natural way attuned with your body's secretion of GH, still risky but WAY better at ur age if u are gonna do
Height seems to be an issue on ur behalf ngl
i'd look into Hgh at 19+
