getting on test soon, just broke up with my ex of 4 years last week. feel like absoloute most days since then.
my question is if test will help me get out of this depressed shithole feeling or if itll make me feel even worse.
no association, i am not getting on test BECAUSE of the breakup, ive planned starting before it even happened.
just asking if someone has experience with a similiar situation
