expanding only the back of the palate instead of splitting the whole suture fixes flat cheekbones?

Try hooking two rods into your cheekbones and then pulling them from the outside

how would you expand the palate in first place?
thumbpulling? it doesn't work, if you want a wider palate( which is not that necessary unless your a death tier width mouth) get an mse

my main concern not widening palate. but wouldnt splitting it from only the back make cheekbones come forward if you dont split the nasal aperature as well? With mse it only makes your zygos wider laterally since it splits the whole suture but it doesnt come forward

how would splitting make you get forward growth in any way
?
you probably lack zygos width so they look flat
