Expanding PFL

I notice the PFL on my left eye is smaller than my right eye. Also, I notice my maxilla on the left side is more recessed than the right. FYI, I've been chewing on my right side since god knows when. Is there any way to fix the PFL? I'm 25 years old btw.

eyes are always wider when lying down. The slight squinting adds to that as well. everyone can try it for themselves.
