Expansiom before trimax?

I am 22 male, I just started my ortho decomp, I am getting trimax with ramieri as well as jaw and infra implants

I was wondering if doing expansion (marpe or other forms) before the the surgery would further enhance the result or will it mess things up

I have an average palate not narrow but not really wider either

I am worried if if this will cause asymmetry or have more affects on the face (IPD-Zygos etcc.) other than just wider smile.

I think wider smiles mog.

Since i am getting implants done will this be be useless to get expansion beforehand

You can get a genio at your local maxfac for like 3-5k bro, what art thou doing with your money to not be able to save that much

If you think your palate and nasal apperture is underdeveloped transversably its probably good. If its normal, usually not worth it. For wider smile braces and legmental lefort works anyway.
