Mom 5'4 dad 5'8 I'm 5'7 will I ever grow more? Didn't get my growth palates checked but let's assume they are open I'm 14m is there anything that will make me grow fast supplementary-wise?

ive grown from 175 at 15/16 to now 193 at 19, so nothings impossible
