I've been taking erda for around 2 weeks now (4mg daily) and these are the sides I've had so far:
- constipation
- Fatigue if I don't take caffeine
- Having to constantly stretch my lower back and hips (They feel tight and sore)
- Cuts, wounds, and bruises take forever to heal
- Low appetite
- dry eyes at night and when I wake up
These sides aren't that bad honestly, I'm not even using phosphate binders either. I think Erdafitinib is definitely fearmongered a lot.
I'm currently measuring just under 6'1, I'll let you guys know if I grow or not. I'm 19 with slightly open growth plates because I was a bit of a late bloomer, so we'll see. I'm also taking arimidex with the erda aswell. Apparently erda can widen your growth plates if they're open, and arimidex will delay closure, so theoretically I should be able to squeeze another inch or two of height in a year. It's ambitious but I think it'll work.
I'm definitely going to buy some msm and glucosamine for my joints, like I said they feel weird of erda. The arimidex probably isn't helping either lol.
