Havent had any long term experience with it to make an actual argument tbh, but looks promising on papers, as it improves multiple skin paraments: should significantly increase both collagen and elastin and also decrease wrinkles depth and UV damage. So no reason to believe its cope.

I don’t know where you read that, but 5mg is a suitable dose. You could even do double that but I guess most people don’t to be cost effective.

Yeah but 5mg a day is like 5€ a day and living in a shithole ex communist country thats expensive as fuck unless i get a cheaper source. Mine is biolabshop.eu and its 50€ for 50mg.

Would 2mg daily suffice?

I guess so. For that same price from an overseas supplier you would be able to get ten vials and be able to dose 5-10 mg without a problem, so you could just save your money until you find one.

I would give you a source, but there are too many retards spreading it around and bringing more attention to it. There is already crackdowns on chinese warehouses (should give you a clue on where to look), so I have to gatekeep.
