Experience with these shoe lifts?

I wanna put these into my Air Max 90s.
its around 2 inches plus height, so I can fraud to be 6'1
Any experience with these kind of insoles?

can only fit all of the sections in high tops if you wanna be comfortable. doubt more than 2 sections will fit in air max 90 so you'll get 1-1.5 inch extra adding the shoe boost aswell

just enough to not be manlet, go with the 1 inch lifts, less chance of walking weird and being discovered

Yeah, fucked up for a bit and put them above the soles which made them insanely uncomfortable. I then realised you have to take out the shoe soles and put the lifts in, then put the soles above the lifts for the comfort.
