Could you name my specific failos please. I also am considering getting mse done since its quite cheap in my country but im not sure if it will be a looksmin, would i benefit with a slightly wider palate or would it be a looksmin.

Romulus is too high of a goal for me i want to reach low to mid htn and for hardmaxxing i ideally would only do minor high roi surgeries or anabolic steroids other than rhino what would you recommend
