my starting point is very skinny, as i've been an opioid addict for a while. I got 2 years of gym experience, got newbie gains once but then dropped after a while and lost it all.

i'm aware vinniehacker body doesnt need steroids and its mostly about being lean not that much size, but i'd like to utilize testosterone to achieve it for the mood enhancing factor of it and also to not waste any more time. i'm tired of wasting time, this year i will fully optmize my potential.

im currently early 20s, 181cm barefoot. probably something around 62kg.

is a 12 week bulk on 500mg/week enanthate test followed by a heavy cut period using retatrutide a great idea for my endgoal? is arimidex a must? what are the alternatives to the brand arimidex, i found it hard to source from here where i live.

it's an all in situation for me, i will appreciate any advice from anyone who has been through similar situation

I would say go longer than 12 weeks, at least 16. Also why do you need your results as fast as possible?

im at a point mentally in which i really need to see myself out of the hole i put myself in as quick as possible or i wont be able to take it anymore

if i need 15 weeks its fine but if it can be done earlier i will do anything i can to change my reality quicker

I don’t think you’re gonna find the emotional effects you’re looking for from this. But nonetheless good luck with the fitness journey, I hope the test helps your mental state

Brother, I was 47kg 2 years ago now I’m at 76kg ( all time peak ). You don’t even need creatine. All you have to do is have 5 good meals per day, it’s extremely easy. I suppose you go to school, so personally I think breakfast is a waste, but never skip it. So just oats really. At lunch you need to lock in big time and eat atleast 2-3 portions. When you come home, eat slow digesting carbs such as oats or white rice. If you’re not a broke chud with homeless parents, make sure to buy chicken wings, Thai boxes, kebab chicken, really anything you can buy to store in a freezer. My personal favorite is the chicken wings, it’s like a dozen so I heat up 4-5 and combine with a heavy portion of oats. Then hit it hard at the gym. Every week I spend like 30$ to make 10 meals of chili con carne. I always eat that after the gym, coupled with some rice, pasta or white bread. And at last, the final meal should just be anything simple. I usually eat Greek yoghurt with 10% fats and some walnuts and peanuts. Avoid the protein puddings and the shakes. It’s the most cope shit ever. You need to balance your diet and gym, so hit the gym so hard that you HAVE to eat extremely much food. Hope this helps a little bit atleast it’s hard to be precise at 2 AM. But if you want any help just dm.

Just go to the gym and workout hard till failures and eat to replenish all I can say, take creatine btw.

If you pin you can't produce you own I think... Really make sure you look into it btw don't pin and not workout like crazy.
