Experienced the worst dopamine crash I ever have had

The last days there was a event called „Karneval/Fastnacht“ in Germany where you basically dress up in costumes and drink all day (atleast that’s what young people do).

On Monday was the last day and it was insane. Was extremely drunk but in a great way where I could still control myself. Met many people from my old school, was having a lot of fun, made out with a HTB.

Then next day Tuesday and still today I feel like utter shit. Brutal dopamine crash, life feels plain and shitty now in comparison to that night. Hope I get over it till tomorrow.
