From all clinical studies running 8-10 IU's can get you an inch or two.
It's never really went beyond that for ethical reasons.
But giantism is a result of the PG releasing too much GH, so if you do higher dosages like 10-15 IU's daily we can assume it'll scale in so far as growth plates remain open long enough and Estrogen is controlled by an AI.

I personally take Aromasin because it's an AI suicide and stops most of the aromatization. But in the clinical studies I believe they use arimidex instead
