fasting doesn't increase GH levels high enough to effect the growth plates.

if you're still growing you should be doing the opposite of fasting as long as you're not getting fat (unless you take an AI then getting fat and diabetic will give you even more growth)

yes with increased gh levels from intermittent fasting I grew 2 inches taller and developed a mogger jaw i also regrew my nw3 hairline to a nw0 with rosemary oil

You’re not going to notice a big difference in GH by fasting. You need pharma grade HGH or maybe peptides.
