I am probably going to do surgery to correct my vision because at this point I only use glasses for the computer and driving. I have around -4.25 diopters per eye, so really I see very blury without them, but I hate them so much I don´t see a life where I wear them all the time and I already abused contacts, so my only option is surgery.
I do have dry eyes and eye surgery can worsen it. Any advice to improve my eyes lubrication/hydratation before the surgery?
Which surgery do you recommend the most? I am considering SMILE because its less invasive than Lasik. My other option is ICL which is reversible and can be modified if prescription changes over time, but as of now SMILE is on the top.
