Experiences with therapy?

I’ve never really been depressed before, but it’s been around 2 weeks and I feel like it’s weighing down on me to the point that I have to open up to somebody. Have any of you tried therapy? I’d assume it’s all bluepilled and you’re not going to get any real sort of help. Honestly, I might just try to go to therapy and eventually just get a prescription for an SSRI.
