For 2 months str8 ill be bones mashing 2-3x a day to test the subperiosteal hematoma ossification theory. and ill be doing neck curls 3-4x a week 3 sets failure
ill be bone smashing my zygos and chin every 6-10 hours anytime the swelling starts to go down.
even if they subperiosteal hematoma ossification theory is a myth, the blood flow from the repeated hits and blunt trauma would promote blood flow leading to osteoblasts being promoted. either way we'll see if they work or not
the reason why im waiting 2 months is because hematoma ossification happens at around a month, however incase of error ill give myself a month of leeway to really see if they work or not unbiased to user error.
neck curls
these without a doubt work with lifting the hyoid bone, i just wanna show you guys a clear before and after of when i started doing them, to give an expectancy on what to see upon starting them.
subperiosteal hematoma ossification
happens when a collection of blood beneath the periosteum (the thin membrane covering bone) starts ossification after repeated hits.ill be bone smashing my zygos and chin every 6-10 hours anytime the swelling starts to go down.
