@luuk your an amazing candidate your addicted to dopamine if you start associating it with the treadmill it might work im the same as you I need to be playing games watching a YouTube and shit but this experiment worked I theorize because of my dopamine seeking adhd brain

Problem is I already like working out I feel horrible and twitchy when I don’t
If I could do this for studying or cleaning or smth it would be great

Hmm idk if it would work I don have to be on my phone when doing chores or studying but it doesn't make it easier since those you have to focus on while you can just mindlessly scroll while walking that's why its so perfect lmk if you find anything out as bad as it seems maybe studying and Perkins off frequently while doing it will trick you brain into wanting that studying to reward with jerking off

Stuff like caffeine/nicotine/stimulant intake with studying could work though

Yeah but those have some downsides and I think caffeine has opposite effect on adhd brains im on HELLA stimulants and dont feel a thing but i feel weird asking to up my dose when I already take so much I have to take multiple pills cuz they dont make them big enough

im already addicted to cardio. but i might start ozempic tbh

in a few months or so i just have free time so im doing some research

but i found a very decent source its like 30 dollars for 3-4 months of supply ozempic is dirt cheap

sure tbh but ldaring while spending 10 dollars monthly or spending 5hrs a day on some bs? i already dont have much free time except on vacation

i have like 3-4hrs a day to myself 3hrs on gymdays i dont wanna spend my only 3 hrs of free time on some other stuff thats the only part of the day i can relax and repair
