morning height 187.1, evening 184.9 still. going to try hgh and post a thread on progress, doses, etc all info needed to conclude that a short amount of time on HGH can lead to growth of 2-3cm and not affect the face in any way whatsoever. not only am I trying it out for height, I'm also trying it out for elbow to fingertip length since I'm also competing in arm wrestling, and am a top roll main. i also have a wingspan of 198cm, etf 51.5cm, wrist 19.7cm, bidelt 54-55cm, torso 50cm.

your growth plates werent closed at 16. they're just dormant. they usually close 18-20, you just have to facilitate growth through promoting high production. i grew 2cm like that in 3 months

90 percent of 19 your old males all growth plates were closed. Doesn’t sound like most have open plates at 18-20

a lot of people have the vertical growth factors open after 16, 17 counting the median or mean. it will be extended to as far as 20 if you keep your e2 on the DL, then you'd be able to grow for 2 years maybe after 16. ez 1-2 inches if I can say so
