okay so honestly idk if the gel part is true or not but the igf-1 part is absolutely true because im taking human growth horemone for my height and hgh does igf-1 ive seen 0.4 inches growth in 20 days so far i went from 6.3 to 6.7 inches but tbf the gel part is given to grow your dih size so idk
