I just have nothing else to use.
INTRODUCING: Hammerpulling
Materials needed:
Basically you take a hammer that's rigged like this:
Next, lock the head of the hammer on the front part of your palate (INBETWEEN soft and hard palate) and pull the hammer forward and up (something like this) with continued force:
Basically, this is exactly like thumbpulling except less force is lost during the pulling process because, well obviously, we used hammer not thumbs.
So, you would hold for however long you would with thumbpulling.
Set up the hammer correct (with cloth) is CRUCIAL, or else the metal edges will cause bleeding.

This is literally just a better version of thumbpulling and I'm implementing this myself and I think it's working for me at least.
