I read online and on this forum that nicotine actually has many positive cognitive benefits and helps with moderate appetite suppression, while the negative effects are minimal, I decided to try them out. I bought a 14mg (Step 2) box of patches today and used one.

I'm about an hour in, currently I'm at the gym but honestly I don't feel any noticeable positive or negative effects, besides a very mild buzz/headache. I feel slightly more awake and less tired, but it could honestly be just placebo. Will update if I experience anything else

I'm using one 14mg patch, obviously I'm not going to put all of the patches on myself at once :lul:. Also they don't come in 3/6 mg, they come in 7,14, and 21 mg patches

do POUCHES
not patches
pouches you put under your lips like zyns (tip:dont swallow)

Why, are pouches better?
i personally think they are less degrading
vaping/smoking is shit but you still feel human
zyns are a bit dehumanizing but you dont get cancer
patches are just last level shit

nic is not weed.
a zyn pouch for example, if under 3 mg might not even be felt until you already have it in your mouth
for like half a hour.
Try to notice how you overthink less when on nic.
Also for inhaling you either need
- cigs which smell like shit and give you ultra fast lung fuck
- vapes which you need HIGH mg ones to actually feel them if you
have ever tried a cig.

DO NOT USE NIC AS A NORMAL PERSON
only if mentally fucked

I use the quit-smoking spray, and the difference is very noticeable. I'm considering switching to patches.

But I use it right before studying, with a patches the background in the blood will be even and you will not have jumps in concentration

Update: A somewhat relaxed and calm sort of feeling is washing over me, along with much less anxiety (I feel very anxious in public usually). no negative effects so far, my headache is gone too now.

Update #2: Ngl this shit is decent but probably not worth the price, I also have developed high focus and actually managed to focus on some calculus work for an hour straight and get it done for the first time in a while, usually I have a crippling lack of focus and often get distracted which has been fuckin my grades, if anything might as well keep using what I have left for this alone

I feel like a nicotine is good if you’re studying or working on something while sitting especially if you’re feeling extremely unmotivated or fatigued that day.

Whereas caffeine makes you feel more wired, more physically energized, but also still mentally energized
