it's case dependant
Segmental, SARPE and DOME affect only the lefort 1 area
so it makes the arches wider but doesn't touch the cheekbones

MSE affects the entire midface but not always in a natural looking way

need to figure out what you look like rn and how much you want to expand

Segmented Lefort 1 is the only realistic option for adults. You can probably get most of the way there just with orthodontics though. The alveolar ridge is quite flexible .

My ortho said that he needs to extract teeth in order to expand my mouth ?? Should I go to a different one? Which surgeons in the UK do a segmented Lefort or do I need to visit the Italians ?
