im wasting my first cycle gains as im probably training like a retard help me out here

I have been on 500 test propionate for 4 weeks now, during the first few weeks i was progressing somewhat
i was doing 2x failure per exercise, 8 sets total per muscle group a week on a push/pull split
though the progression was pretty slow (a rep more at same weight per session, then up like 2kg)
i was and still am not starting my sessions with compound lifts instead starting with isolation which i need to know if thats a problem
then last week i regressed a couple reps on preacher curls i switched to 3sets with 0-1RIR for everyhing last week
today im regressed even fucking more after weekend rest

i need some expierenced gymcels to tell me wtf im doing wrong with this training and how to fix it
do i go back to 2x failure or 2x 1RIR or literally just how? do i start out with compound lifts and not isolations for shoulders and triceps
does not training legs limit upper body growth in anyway while on cycle?

I wish i dialed my training in before hopping on btw i know that i should have but here i am

i get 7-9 hours of sleep and im in a surplus, i have gained 6kg of something in 4 weeks on cycle

and if ur lacking in anything else like food, sleep, nutitrtion intake etc fix that too

and hop off like every 3 or 4 weeks ish to so ur body doesnt get rapedd and get constant blood work done

0-1 Rir, 2 sets, 4-8 reps, 6 sets weekly is all u need. Make sure to focus on good nutrients aswell, Im on week 5 and just noticed the gains really coming thru

then i honestly dont know man. If u want to prioritize isolation for shoulders and arms maybe u could switch to shoulders/arms and chest/back. If u wanna keep ppl then start out with compounds instead. 2x till failure works for me so I recommend that

I do full body 3x weekly, should have worded that better u can do like 12 sets per muscle group peer week ex 2 shoulder exercises.

do upper/lower(4x/week) or fullbody(3x/week)
around 8 sets are good for a week but depending on u the best amount of sets could be between 6-10 (this is more sets than what the average person has to do cus your regenerative abilities are better when u are on steroids)
generally leave 1 rir
divide those 6-10 sets per muscle group however u want it during a week (I would recommend doing around 10, if 10 sets are a lot, decrease the number of sets
start with compounds first
start with those muscle groups which u want to prioritize
also progress is a bit unpredictable, I had times when I have done everything right and still regressed, and sessions where I didnt and progressed a lot.
