Lot of designs got an implant drop but how is that possible since masseter si attached to the gonions?
It stretches the masseter attachement downward ?! How is that possible without immediat tear of the masseter muscle or attachements ?

Sometimes it's Even 2cm drop, i dont get it

if the implant is drastic, it can cause stretching of the muscle, and sometimes to an extent where it can cause displacement of the masseters so the implant will probably need to be corrected and made. 2cm is a lot tbh, that would be very rarely ever recommended

2cm is not rare

All implants got at least 1cm drop, 3cm Even exists

If anyone can Explain how ? Maybe implant are outside the masseter

mine had 7.6mm

how is it possible to drop the angle since the masseter is attached.
The masseter is stretched by 7.6mm ?! how can't that lead to an injury
