Explain my mental disorders (very hard)

I have episodes of extreme happiness and self confidence that lasts 1-3 days and after that depression which lasts for about a week or so, and in that period I get anxious over retarded small things.

Basically I go from:
"I AM GOD, THE MOST PERFECT BEING IN THE UNIVERSE"

To:
"I AM SO FUCKING WORTHLESS"

I WON'T GO TO A SHRINK CUZ THAT'S A FUCKING SCAM ONLY THING THAT CAN HELP ME IS XANAX TBH

Same tbh for some reason I felt really good for a while but I think I am about to have another mental breakdown over my hair soon
