whenever im in tiktok i see those ascension videos, like kind of edits. i almost always they have like #bs, #hammer or something related to bonesmashing on the description of the video. basically saying roids + smashing ascended them.
yet when im in org it kind of goes like 50/50 between people if it works or not. i did bs naturally for like 1 month just to see if i notice any results and i kind of did but im not 100% sure. like on one side i noticed slight hollowing of the cheek and also a better side profile, my bf stayed the same. but one thing i also started around the same time was training my masseters, which could explain the hollow cheek look and a better side profile.
personally i dont see why bsing shouldnt work, especially when combined with androgens.
prove me wrong:feelsshh:

It does work,
Light Blunt Impact / Trauma ➔ Micro-Vascular Disruption ➔ Swelling (Edema) & Inflammatory Cytokine Release
➔ Activation of Fibroblasts & Myofibroblasts ➔ Synthesis & Deposition of Collagen (Type I & III).
So it is just swelling ( micro trauma ) which leads the body to send collagen tissue ( fibrosis ) there. So it does work, and pairing it with roids helps it work faster ( the boost of igf-1).
But the swelling has to be consistent so I guess you do it everyday or cycle it ( 8 weeks on 2 weeks off ).

It doesn’t change your bones, it’s just inflammation. It still technically works by the sense of making your bones look different.
