EXPLANATION ON WHY THE CHATPAGE COOLDOWN IS FUCKING SHIT AND NEEDS TO GO

i wanna go in depth on my suggestion and hopefully get some upvotes i never gave an explanation and i can't make a new thread about it in suggestions

The cooldown in the chatpage needs to be lowered to 5 seconds

For each message we need to wait 120 seconds, users in here clearly don't fw it

Users who actively chat in there are unable to reach many messages in a month

showcasing how hard it is to use the chatpage with that shitty cooldown

you can get to the top 10 with just 6 messages

Last month it had no chatters at all, i believe the cooldown killed the chatpage

If you look at the all time leader boards
you can see it's only 2018-2019 users
with @fuse being the only 24cel user in there

There was a time the chatpage was actually being used
because back then there was no cooldown
this activeness probably lasted till 2024

The chatpage is basically this:
120 seconds cooldown --> dead most of the day

The cooldown restricts people from having long lasting conversations
which ends up with the chatpage being dead

The way to fix this:
Lower the cooldown to 5 seconds​

The chatpage is an underrated feature and it's actually really useful

There was once a time where older users used it regularly
Newer users don't have that chance with this shitty cooldown
