Almost got caught by the police there though so probably not gonna go back there again.

Be careful. Seriously. I used to explore abandoned structures often. My body once fell through the floor in an abandoned school near an abandoned church. I was lucky to be uninjured.

Always come prepared with personal protective equipment. Puncture proof work boots. Specialised masks to prevent inhaling harmful particles.
