One of the only professions that I can think of where blacks are seen as better/more gifted then whites is rapping.

That is a common misconception:
White rappers like bladee, nettspend, smokedope2016 etc clear black low iq thug rappers in every aspect:

-beats
-prod
-flow
-uniqeness
