He recommends the use of DNP, even though it is a dangerous chemical with plenty of better alternatives.

Good luck sourcing that shit in the first place, not even common bodybuilding shops are selling DNP.

That's how the compound works: DNP works as an uncoupling agent by disrupting the normal energy production process in cells. It prevents the mitochondria from efficiently producing ATP, causing energy to be wasted as heat. If you get an excess amount of uncoupling, you can die of multiorgan failure.

There have been many cases of DNP leading to death, the lowest published lethal human oral dose was 4.3mg/kg. If you weigh 80kg, that means the dosage would be around 344mg. Also keep in mind the half-time of DNP (10 hours).

Good luck trying to find a not underdosed nor overdosed DNP source, if it's the second one it's over. By the way, did you know that in the HAARLEM study 47% of the compounds contained the AAS indicated on the label? Imagine expecting something that is hardly available worldwide, to contain what is indicated on the label.

Since it is a hardly sourcable, ineffective and risky compound, you are better off using alternatives like Clenbuterol, Niclosamide.

It is infact so unsourcable, that users on .org are scamming each other over that bad compound. I won't say names.
