TItle may be a bit off but here is wha i want to say
Eg : i will give an example from test this may help on other conditions too in life

1 person is studying for main test full but not giving mock test time to time so no exposure to final test . is studying more than 2nd person locked up in his home trying to study whole indepth

2. Person also studying for main test but studies 50% of 1st person is studying but gives side test and has gained exposure to final test and adjust level according to tests or has understand the exam pattern

At the end who is gonna win considering both has same iq and condition
