Extra teeth inside gum and 2nd polar not grown(at 16)

Gonna see the dentist again and I want opinion on some stuff first I got 7 extra teeth inside my gums that I will prob remove so as to not interfere with my teeth in the future
2nd my teeth need a bit more space so I’ll prob ask for an expander
3rd and most important on my left side of upper mouth I am missing my 2nd polar and my dentist will decide if it more beneficial to remove it or let my third polar which is also growing to take its place if it has a more favourable position
Opinions on how it could impact looks?

1st try and avoid removing teeth ask if there is another option
2nd yes get an expander
3rd again best to try and avoid removing teeth
of course if its really bad then get the ones you need urgently removed but if its not too bad i would avoid as it impacts your face a bit especially since you are still technically in puberty

The 7 extra teeth are in my gums they are not visible and they might interfere with my current teeth in the future. Also what effect do braces have?

Braces are fine if they are standard metal or invisible braces. Other types I’m not sure
