I’m 16 and I am quite lean, you can see my abs when I stand up but when I sit down I look like I have no visible abs. Basically I am already quite leaned down but I have that extra bit of fat to lose on my handles. I’m not sure what weight loss I should take that will help with the extra fat and won’t burn muscle. Of course I’m doing cardio every second day and I am good on my diet but I’ve always had a slow metabolism. Thanks niggas
