i have a good mandible and good chin but my bimaxillary protrusion fucks up all the harmony there. my chin doesnt looks recessed but it doesnt looks projected tho,it looks projected only if i force my lips back to where they should sit at normally. i did wear braces for a year and half so,idk if i should do anything rn. should i extract 4 teeths to fix it?
