I have a very weak lower third and an overjet. When I went to my ortho, after i took a x-ray which told me I had no adult molars in my bottom jaw. He told me that he would give me traditional braces and that they would have to extract those two molars at the bottom jaw and probably use braces to make everything ''straight''. What should I do in this situation.

never extract, try to get them to create space instead through widening appliances

But they told me that even if they didn't extract my molars in my lower jaw, it would fall out after like a few months so what do you think i should do?

Palate expander and start eating more red meat, yogurt, and milk preferably raw
