Extractions for an Overbite, Bimax and recessed chin

Do you guys recommend extractions for a Bimax and recessed chin ? I read alot of comments that say that braces fuck up your face but i dont see how much worse my lower third could get rip. My orthodontist said to get 4 pre molars removed and might even remove my wisdom ?? I have perfect high cheekbones so im kinda worried they'll be fucked up as well.



He showed me this vid and my teeth and profile are pretty similar to this guys so do i go for it ?

Do not get extractions, ask for other options, they may recommend SARPE and jaw surgery, go for that instead, never get extractions.

Even if i have Bimaxillary potrusion ? Im 17 if that matters.
