Extractions for braces

I need extractions to be able to get braces, i have a fucked up bottom incisor, it’s either get that removed or 4 pre molars, is the incisor definitely the better choice for avoiding as much recession as possible?

Yes, remove all of the teeth they suggest, and ask for 2 more tooth removals for optimal bone growth!!

Generally i would advice against braces unless your teeth are really setting you back or you need jaw surgery.

That sounds bad for symmetry. Incisors are the most important teeth that everyone sees.
