Extration of a molar tooth affects looks?

I had a molar tooth removed when I was 20 and now I'm 26 and I've never had a dental implant. Do you think it might have affected my face?

Yes it affects the bone support and will affect facial looks if a fake one isnt put in there. This will happen over time.

thats total tooth removal though. worst case scenario a single primary molar being remove would cause mild asymmetry

I have seen close to that on one side when 2 teeth were gone.
 
If i out a implant fix my assymmetry?
Get bone graft aswell. Sinus lift too if its possible. Chew like a madman on the implant after u Get it

Yes. Its not good to leave that gap there too long and the stuff just magnifies if you ever were to lose a 2nd tooth.

I cant get sinis lift because is lower molar

From just 1 molar extraction it cant be that much surely

if your teeth are already crowded and fucked, it wouldnt make a difference, right?

I have seen a change in someone I know missing 2 on the same side. Maybe one wouldn't be too noticeable after some time but I wouldn't risk that myself.

Also I don't think wisdom teeth being removed does much to hurt you as long as you were like 18+ already and done growing there.
